In May, we had 4,808 online requests come through – Itโs one of the ways weโre working to make access easier, helping patients get support without needing to call or queue.
Alongside that, we:
offered 5,909 appointments (59% face to face)
answered 5,912 phone calls
processed 4,900 clinical documents
made 276 home visits
and issued 24,692 prescriptions
