111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

We now provide face to face and remote appointments on weekday evenings and on Saturdays.

This service is provided by Leacroft, working together with Langley Corner, Bridge and Southgate surgeries.

The service was developed to meet our patient needs – addressing feedback from recent patient engagement surveys and ensuring that our provision supports local demand.

Appointments can be requested in the normal way by filling out our online form, or by calling the surgery during normal opening hours.

Speak to our reception team to find out more.
Wheelchair and disabled access, together with appropriate toilet facilities and a lift, are available at the surgery.

A consultation with the assistance of a British Sign Language Interpreter can be arranged with adequate notice.

A Hearing Loop is in place at reception and can be used in consultations if required.

Assistance Dogs are welcome in the practice.

If patients find the busy waiting rooms distressing or uncomfortable, there is a quieter space to wait for appointments if needed.
The following buses stop right outside the practice; 4, 5, 200 and 692.
