Health Coaching

  • We have one Health Coach here at Leacroft Medical Practice. Our Health Coach can offer a number of sessions (usually 6-8) for up to 12 weeks. These session are 40-60 minutes long.

– Lifestyle changes (smoking, diet, exercise and alcohol)
– Coping with long term conditions and related symptoms
– Low mood, mild depression and mild anxiety
– Goal setting around financial worries or loss of income
– Other support required around decluttering and sleep problems
