Our practice in December

In December, we carried out 5,350 appointments, with 62% being face-to-face and 193 home visits completed.

Unfortunately, 197 appointments were missed, which could have been used by other patients in need.

Please remember to cancel if you can’t attend—your support helps us care for everyone.

To cancel your appointment:

– use the GP online system – SystmOnline

– phone us on 01293 574747, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm

– reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
